People strategy for organisations and professionals who need a structured way forward.
Understand the problem. Structure the decision. Create the conditions to move forward.
VAGAR supports organisations in people management, organisational development and the structuring of Human Resources practices. We also work with professionals navigating positioning, capability development, leadership and career decisions or transitions.
Clay cannot be rushed while it dries, and cork cannot be denied the time it needs to rest. In strategy and people development, there is also a right time to observe, decide and build.

What to know before moving forward.
01 Does VAGAR work with both organisations and professionals?
Yes. Consulting addresses people-management systems and decisions within organisations. Mentoring addresses situations and decisions along a professional journey. Each scope is defined separately.
02 How do I know which area is right for me?
The first conversation helps us understand the context, distinguish the presenting issue from the problem that needs to be addressed, and identify the most useful starting point.
03 Does VAGAR use standard programmes?
There is no single programme applied to every context. Scope, tools, responsibilities and deliverables are defined according to the situation and existing capacity.
04 Can the work begin with diagnosis only?
Yes. When appropriate, diagnosis can be a standalone project that concludes with a structured assessment, priorities and recommendations, without requiring implementation support.
05 What happens after the first contact?
It begins with a brief message about what is happening. VAGAR usually replies within 48 business hours and, when there appears to be an initial fit, proposes a no-obligation conversation.
Let us begin with the problem you need to address.
Briefly tell us what is happening. The first conversation helps us understand the context and assess whether VAGAR is the right support.
